In our 90-minute classes, participants are immersed in an environment tailored to their skill level, providing the perfect balance of challenge and support. Advanced classes are held on Mondays at 3:45 pm, providing a dedicated space for seasoned gymnasts to fine-tune their craft and tackle complex routines with confidence with an Advanced coach. Meanwhile, Intermediate classes are available on Wednesdays at 3:45 pm and Saturdays at 10:30 am, offering aspiring gymnasts the opportunity to progress and develop their skills at a pace that suits their individual needs.
