Our circuit-based classes are parent-assisted, allowing little ones to feel secure and supported by a familiar adult while exploring the exhilarating world of gymnastics. With an emphasis on gymnastics foundations, we prioritise the learning of proper technique to equip your Mini Gymnast with the skills needed to progress confidently to the next level while ensuring their safety at all times.
Our 45 minute sessions, offer ample time for children to engage in a variety of activities tailored to their age and developmental stage. Whether they're mastering balancing on the beam, swinging on the bars, or forward rolling on the mats, our classes provide a holistic approach to gymnastics education that fosters physical, cognitive, and social development.
Our class schedule is designed with flexibility in mind, offering multiple sessions throughout the week to accommodate busy family schedules. Join us on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at various times, including mornings and afternoons, ensuring there's a convenient time slot for every family.
